Carl Gedeon Outstanding Achievement Award

Each year, Event Support Group picks one amateur radio operator to receive the Carl Gedeon Outstanding Achievement Award. This award was created as the Outstanding Achievement Award in 2018 and the first one was awarded to Carl Gedeon KB8VXE. The following year we renamed it the Carl Gedeon Outstanding Achievement Award to recognize Carl’s continuing contributions to amateur radio.

Recipients of this award are chosen because of their contributions to amateur radio in the Cleveland area with a specific focus on activities that support the public service. Below is a list of previous recipients.
